Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Note 20 may be its cheapest 5G flagship device yet, as per a report by South Korean news agency Yonhap, citing industry sources. As per the sources, the Galaxy Note 20 may be launched at a price tag of 1.199 million won (about Rs 74, 202) and the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra at 1.452 million won (about Rs 90,297) in South Korea. If these rumoured prices happen to be correct, then the Galaxy Note 20 will become the cheapest 5G flagship smartphone to be launched by Samsung. The Galaxy Note 20 series is expected to be unveiled by Samsung during the Galaxy Unpacked event on August 5 and it may go on sale in South Korea on August 21. According to the report, Samsung may lower the price of the phablet to cover the losses of the slump in sales caused due to the coronavirus pandemic. While Samsung hasn’t confirmed any specs, the Galaxy Note 20 is rumoured to come with a flat display and the Ultra version with a curved front panel. As per tipster IceUniverse, the Note 20 may feature a 60Hz FHD display. The S-Pen stylus of the phones may have a laser pointer feature. On the camera front, the Note 20 Ultra smartphone may sport a triple camera setup with a main camera sensor of 108MP. The higher variant may also have a 50X zoom.
